Booking an appointment
You can book appointments online via our get timely booking system. A non-refundable 50% deposit/booking fee is required to secure your appointment, so please be sure with the date and time you are booking. This will be deducted from the total treatment cost. Your card can be charged after the appointment or you can still pay with card in the salon.
Cancellation
Brow Base London understands that sometimes schedules change and therefore requests at least 48 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. It is your responsibility to make sure you cancel or reschedule in a timely manner as we may not be able to respond during busy periods. Appointments cancelled within the 48 hours notice period will result in your deposit being lost. If you do not let us know of the need to cancel or reschedule and do not show up for your appointment (no show) you will lose your deposit and you will also be blocked from booking in future. You should receive an email reminder 72 hours before your appointment so please make sure your contact details are up to date as this will give you a chance to cancel without incurring a charge. You will also receive a reminder text 24 hours before your appointment. If you cancel outside of the cancellation period your deposit will automatically be added to your account as credit on the booking system.
Appointments made within 48 hours may instead be cancelled or modified at least 6 hours prior to the appointment time in order to avoid a charge of 50% of the service amount.
Microblading
We offer a free Microblading consultation where we can have a chat about what you would like to achieve for your brows. A patch test will also be done at this consultation. Should you wish to go ahead with the microblading treatment, you will be booked in at the earliest convenience. The cancellation policy will apply.
Cancellation due to Covid
If you test positive for covid within the 48 hours cancellation period you will still be charged 50% of the cost of the treatment as this is totally out of our hands and may not give us a chance to fill the space with another client.
Lateness
Please note that if you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. If we do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a “No-Show” and you will lose your deposit and will not be rebooked.
Patch Tests
Patch tests are required at least 24hours before treatments if you have never been to us before or it has been more than 6 months since you had a treatment with us.
It is your responsibility to book a patch test before any treatments, these can be booked online. When booking online, appointments will only be confirmed when a patch test has also been booked for at 24 hours before. If a patch test has not been completed at least 24hours before the treatment, it will be cancelled and you will be charged 50% of the cost of the treatment.
Brow Base London values your time and feels that it is fair to honour the same policies we hold to our clients. Should Brow Base London need to cancel on a client due to unforeseen circumstances with less than 48 hours notice we will honour 50% off your next identical service and do all we can to reschedule your appointment in a timely manner.
Covid 19
No mask?…We won’t ask! This is to make people with hidden disabilities more comfortable.
Obviously if you are feeling unwell please let us know and we will try to accommodate as best as we can for rescheduling. Our cancellation policy will apply if there has been no communication.
Refunds
You are paying for our time so unfortunately we are unable to offer any refunds for completed services.
